A Poke Bowl. Poke means to slice or cut in Hawaiian, which refers to its use of diced raw fish, traditionally ahi tuna, or seafood. I'm making a California Poke Bowl, Hawaiian Style Poke Bowl and a Spicy Kimchi Poke Bowl.
